About GPX
GPS exchange Format (GPX) is an XML data format for the interchange of GPS data (waypoints, routes, and tracks) between applications and Web services on the Internet. Most modern navigation programs can read this format. The freeware program, GPS Babel (http://www.gpsbabel.org/) will convert between most common GPS formats. Go to http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/gpsbabel/ to convert files online.
